I lead Product at aiXplain, where we build the infrastructure organizations use to create, deploy, and govern AI agents — from the first prototype to production systems that teams actually trust.

Before product, I was a researcher. I hold a PhD in human–computer interaction from RWTH Aachen University, where I worked on malleable user interfaces — on-skin, textile, and shape-changing systems — publishing at CHI, ISS, and ISWC, including a CHI Best Paper Honourable Mention. That research still drives how I build: the interesting problems in AI today are rarely about model capability — they are about whether people can understand, direct, and rely on what the system does.

Alongside product work, I teach. I design and deliver courses and workshops on agentic AI for practitioners — agencies, enterprises, and teams who need to move from demos to systems that hold up in the real world.

I care particularly about AI that serves Arabic-speaking communities well — not translated as an afterthought, but designed for the language and its people from the start.
